An unmissable international event for 35 years, the Bocuse d'Or inspires the world of gastronomy every year by highlighting the evolution of world cuisine, driven at each of its editions by new generations of chefs. It is also the place of choice for many countries who come to promote their cuisine, their region and their chefs.

The Bocuse d'Or 2023 promises to be rich in novelties and more than ever in line with societal trends in cuisine. The prestigious competition is constantly renewed to strengthen its role as a laboratory of excellence and inspiration for the restoration of tomorrow.

SOCIAL COMMITMENT AWARD

Created in partnership with the Bocuse d’Or Winners association, this distinction is part of a social and environmental responsibility approach. It will reward the societal involvement of a team in food-related actions, such as food aid, training or the fight against waste.
