​Divine Chocolate develops smooth dark fruit and nut bar marking 25th anniversary

Divine, the chocolate maker co-owned by cocoa farmers, has made a key new release in the form of a new Smooth Dark Chocolate Fruit and Nut sharing bar in celebration of its 25th anniversary, reports Neill Barston.

The company will be showcasing a wide range of its portfolio at this year’s Sweets & Snacks Expo in Chicago, US, as it continues to expand its market presence. Its latest offering combines sweet raisins, crunchy hazelnuts and smooth dark chocolate, the bar is the perfect grown-up sweet treat to be enjoyed over the summer months and is available now from the Divine web store for £2.49. It will also be available at selected Oxfam stores from the end of this month. The new sharing bar in the range has been developed using the highest quality ingredients, while ensuring great taste at the forefront of development. In a recent taste test conducted by Divine, 70% of chocolate testers stated they preferred the new Divine bar compared with its closest competitor.
