The exhibition has been held annually since 2004 with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Council of Farms, Agricultural Enterprises and Owners of Household Lands of Uzbekistan, the Holding Company Uzbekozikovkatholding, Tashkent City Administration. The main objective of the exhibition is to create a platform for specialists for effective business communication with manufacturers of products, equipment for processing and storage, to present the entire technological process of food production, from processing raw materials to obtaining the final packaged product. Mirziyoyev signed a decree «On measures for the accelerated development of the food industry in the republic and full provision of the population with high-quality food products».
